Post Office – Preston ID
The historic post office in Preston, Idaho was constructed with federal Treasury Department funds. The building, which houses an example of New Deal artwork, was constructed in 1939 and is still in use today.

Oil on canvas entitled “The Battle of Bear River” painted by Edmond J. Fitzgerald in 1941. He also painted murals for the Ontario Oregon and Colville Washington post offices.
